I Could Feel It Coming Back Trap Nation

Why can YouTube consider me a channel that reuses other people's content ?
7
Hello support group in the forum !
I currently manage a Youtube channel, my content is cute music (Kawaii, J-Pop). And my channel has been disabled for monetization because of the reuse of content, I don't understand why YouTube can do so with my channel !
This is my channel : https://www.youtube.com/c/kmusicsweetjpop
- First I want to say that all the songs on my channel are licensed for use by the artist (If necessary I will provide a contract template between me and the artist)
- I am always looking to upload new music and how to introduce, the content of my video is unlike any channel .
- Why are channels like "NoCopyrightSounds", "Trap Nation" not considered as content reuse channels? Meanwhile, my channel is the same as them but it is considered by YouTube to be the channel of content reuse ?
I hope the support team can help me, and I hope YouTube can review the same content as my channel .

Copyright:
- Your system is not compatible with YouTube's. As far as YouTube is concerned, if you have a copyright claim on your video, that indicates that you don't have the necessary rights to the work being claimed. I really doubt that YouTube is going to change its whole system to match yours. Because you have given some artists the rights to claim your videos, you will either need to get rid of those videos or renegotiate terms with those artists and ask them to release the claims (or simply forget about monetization).
Content Issues
- Bear in mind that all ads on YouTube are primarily visual. Therefore, if someone minimizes the window because nothing interesting is happening visually, that person does not see any ads. Audio-only videos therefore are not great in terms of being monetizable on YouTube.
- I have an original music channel. Fortunately, a few years ago, I realized that as YouTube was a video site (and not something like Soundcloud), I would have to actually work on the visuals a little more. Since then, most of the videos I've made have some actual 'video' there. It is always a pain thinking of what to do with the visuals. It is not a matter of money, but it is a problem with time. A complicated solution was to work with dancers (that required a LOT of time). An easy solution was to use footage of my dog.
- Stating your rights to the content you are using won't cause any confusion.
Basically, you have some thinking to do:
- you can wait and hope that eventually YouTube changes its policies
- you can carry out radical surgery on your existing channel and/or
- you can start a new channel with content that better meets the monetization criteria.
- Forget about monetization and just keep with the current format
If I were you, I would go for 3 or 4.

Let's look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJTR2lutTe4
- The video has a copyright claim on it for the music. Any copyright claims like that are going to hinder monetization attempts. If you have licensed the music, you need to get rid of the claim.
- The video description does not indicate what rights you have to the music.
- The video description does not indicate what rights you have to the visuals. Linking to the page doesn't show you have the rights to use the graphic and monetize the video. If the girl is an established anime or manga character, there would be trademark issues as well.
- The audio and visuals are third party content
- The visuals are basically a still-image (that makes it difficult to get monetization approved) with a music visualizer (that is considered auto-generated content.
So...there are a lot of issues there. You can start addressing them by working on the permissions, getting rid of the claims and rewriting the video descriptions, but that still leaves plenty of other issues.
- Channels that are LIKE NCS have been getting demonetized for over a year now.
- NCS: What they seem to be doing now is: setting themselves as a record label, making copyright claims on their own videos (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xlDwukxjnA) via another company, and monetizing the videos this way thorugh YouTube's Content ID system.
- Trap Nation has ads. I am not sure if they have (1) not been reviewed yet (2) are following NCS's gameplan or (3) are being given preferential treatment.

Youtube doesn't monetize channels simply reusing other people content. Permissions are irrelevant, and Youtube does not provide any way to show them.
More over YouTube does not monetize channels with slideshows. Obviously there is nothing to award here if content is even ineligible for monetization.

@Hypno-Systems UK Sorry for making you not understand , I will explain in detail for you to know !
a) How is called a "Brand" . We will be divided into two categories: Personal brand and Business brand (here I only say personal brand)
1) "Brand" is a collection of customers' perceptions of a company, a product or service with all aspects . In terms of identification, a brand is a name or a sign that helps identify a product
- For example: Youtube, Amazon they are also a brand. When someone mentions it from YouTube, they will recognize that it is a brand with a lot of videos or that Amazon will recognize that it is a brand with a lot of items to buy.
- So why is my channel not considered a brand. When someone calls the name "K - Music Sweet [J-Pop]" they immediately realize that "This channel often uploads cute music by many amateur artists". It is one thing that viewers on Youtube will not be confused with other channels
When an artist has a cute piece of music and wants to be known, they will come to my channel !
- @Hypno-Systems UK You say (I at least own a "record label") it's just made to manage your music.
- @Hypno-Systems UK You say (tell them that their artists are not a brand either ?) You need to distinguish that: artists, record labels, brand, are completely separate . Nobody says an artist is a brand (other than you)
- @Hypno-Systems UK You say (If you actually did that search, then you found that the internet reach of my various brands extends far beyond YouTube) . Remember that you are an artist and it is natural that Google will help people find your social networking sites .
- @Hypno-Systems UK Do not prove that you are an understanding person by the words above , You say I'm an ignorant person, while all your content (600 Videos + 14 channels) on social media proves that you are below me . You even believe in sites like "Socialblade" that prove you are ignorant
- @Hypno-Systems UK You said I was the one who gossiped about your channel ? . But obviously that is the right thing and you agreed above " a hypnotherapy practice 20 years ago" . You also spam up to 14 youtube channels . These indicate that you are violating YouTube policies (I don't understand why YouTube is turning on monetization for your channel 🤣)
--------------------------------------
@longzijun I know that the "K - Music Sweet [J-Pop]" channel is still inadequate and lacks a lot, but I have created a very solid frame . Maybe I will give up submitting an application to re-enable monetization on YouTube and keep developing channel. I will follow the same direction of NCS
I will not spend time on this forum item again . I cannot use Google translator to talk
@Hypno-Systems UK Don't stay here and wait for me, even if you are here I will not answer you 😗

You stated "First I want to say that all the songs on my channel are licensed for use by the artist (If necessary I will provide a contract template between me and the artist)"
........
Then you must show that on all your videos, that you have permission from the owners to use their music in your videos. Otherwise, YouTube will automatically think that you are reusing others people's content.
.........
You can monetize such content, but you must be able to provide explicit written permission granting you commercial use rights to that content by the rights holder at any time.

A funny answer, so if someone uses a song in the YouTube music store, it is also considered reusing content 😂
and carefully read the second line I mentioned "I am always looking to upload new music and how to introduce, the content of my video is unlike any channel "

First of all I would like to thank @longzijun @ET_Explorer @Rambalac for helping me better understand YouTube's policy and I also want to say a few more things
- Copyright issue :
1) I was licensed by the artist in paper but how do I show it to YouTube, while Youtube has no solution for us to prove that "I have a paper signed between the artist"
2) Regarding the images in the video, I also sent an email to ask the artist's permission to use the works they have uploaded "Pixiv"
3) In the contract I signed for the artist, I created a section called "MAKE MONEY IN VIDEO" where artists have a lot of options (Details I took of the image below) Therefore, YouTube cannot consider a video with "Content ID" as an unlicensed track from the artist
- Content issues in the video :
1) @longzijun says my videos are images that do not work with the music player, I strongly agree on this. But where do channels like me get the money to create "MV" videos ? . I also assert that, even if there is a MV, listeners only watch once and the next time they watch the video they will pull down the YouTube page to listen to music and do other things (This happens to all music channels) . I hope that YouTube can reconsider this issue
2) @ET_Explorer says that an artist comment is needed below the video , this I also have in some videos (Everyone can check below) :
+ https://youtu.be/ZNCsWO3xXUk + https://youtu.be/05ueHT9asJ0 + https://youtu.be/rPUGaNPi9hc (Etc...)
Not all artists like to comment or if they have a channel on Youtube, they will comment
+ As for the additional statement of rights in the video description, I think it will cause misunderstandings (monopoly of the music) or will negatively affect the artist when he wants to publish music to other social networks
